BONKING JAMES BOND
One Act play that can be "double billed" with the play "Snip"
A comedy for 2 men and 2 women
A warm hearted comedy about Betty who, having just discovered her husband is having an affair, will do anything to save her marriage even if it means dipping into fantasy and enlisting the help of a secret agent. By the end of the play she has developed self esteem and strength and realises that she doesn't need her marriage in order to be happy. It's a play for 4 - two men and two women

"Bonking James Bond" is often performed as a double-bill comedy with April's one act comedy "Snip" and the same 4 actors can perform in both plays.

THE WEEKEND SUN - BAY OF PLENTY by Sam Martin

...The second half of the show is the laugh-out-loud ‘Bonking James Bond'. Betty has discovered her husband is having an affair and decides the best course of action is to invent a lover of her own in order to save her marriage. Can she succeed in making her husband jealous of James Bond?
If you hanker for belly laughs and a good night out, then ‘Snip'/'Bonking James Bond' is just the ticket. Superbly produced, acted and directed, there are few shows that get it just right, but Merv Beets has directed an absolute must-see that would not feel out of place in the West End of London.
Both acts had me in stitches from start to finish and the house was packed with patrons rolling around the aisles in merriment, and quite rightly so. This is quirkiest, funniest, feel good show of the year and the hottest ticket in town: get yours before they sell out!
